I would like to take this time to express our experience with Mr. Martin Owens your door designer and representative. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Owens for the first time when I received a phone call from him introducing himself and taking the time to ask me about my day. Our appointment was scheduled from 10AM to 12PM and he was calling to see if 10:30 AM was a good time to meet and go over my garage door needs and concerns. Mr. Owens was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable of his job and products that Precision Garage Door company provide and what would best fit our needs, which is a whole new garage door and wall mount opener. What I best took away from my conversation with Mr. Owens was his care of answering my questions to my needs and not making us feel that he was in our home to sell us things we did not need, but to provide us with the very best products to beautify our home with a hurricane approved Garage door. The client of a new property I sold requested a price estimate for an impact door. Ashly, who was very professional and personal, took my call to schedule. A list of available time slots was provided. Once set, I received a text and an email to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, as promised, I received a call from the service person with eta. Martin Owens arrived and introduced himself to my client and me. A text was sent confirming his arrival with a photo and bio of his professionalism, which would provide validation of the person. The measurements were taken, and door options were supplied to the client. As a Realtor in the market for 46 years, I am very impressed with the communication and service of this company

Very impressed with Precision, before making the appointment I researched their reviews and had very high reviews. My neighbor's testimony with the company was very reasurring. Their representative was on time and very professional. has a very nice selection of doors to pick from. Like the text reminders and bio sent about the representative.

The worst! Fraudulent!! Had a salesman come, he talked a whole bunch of blah blah blah for 40 munutes!!! and then had the NERVE to tell me I needed a custom garage door due to size. They also said would take 6 weeks to get at a cost of $6500. I knew it was bs, and called another company…..they came the next day, confirmed my suspicion, and had my brand new not-custom garage door installed the very next day with a new garage door opener for $3500!!!! WOW WHAT A SCAM!!! Would NEVER reccommend! Stay away!! They should be ashamed of their business practices.
