Technician was great. Very satisfied with him. He was courteous, considerate, and professional. Only complaint is: I was told, over the telephone, that $89 diagnostic charge would be waived if I had work done. It was. But, I was also told that charge would then be $70 per 1/2 hour. Actual charge was $175 for 10 minute job in fixing opener WiFi connection. Charge was way higher than my expectation, based on telephone conversation with office. I was shocked.

Merrick Gayle was very patient explaining what my options were. I had him replace the overhead system, etc. He explained what he was going to do before and then afterwards. He is a fine man and knows what he is doing. Please share this review with him. Also if I have a problem in the future, I would only want you, Micah or Merrick to service it. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and try to limit the stress when mechanical things need repair.
