I was very pleased with Chris Bernard, the technician that Precision sent to my house to evaluate my aging garage door. He was very thorough in his inspection, checking all parts and segments of the operation, taking photos of the parts, showing and describing each of the issues and then gave me three options for repair. Earlier I had another company representative also evaluate my garage door and it was a short evaluation and a suggestion that I replace the motor that was still functioning, because of its age. Nothing else was really checked or recommended. I did not trust this representative so I called another company, Precision for an evaluation. I choose to have springs (one was only partially functioning), roller and cable replaced and now the door functions like a new door. So I would highly recommend both Chris and this company to all.

We originally had Precision install our new garage door system in 2020. We called them recently to perform some maintenance services as we noticed the system wasn’t running as smoothly as in the past. From the friendly greeting on the phone to the prompt assignment of a very convenient after work appointment to the dedication of our service technician, Jose, who still showed up at 9 pm after being delayed from his previous service call, we were extremely impressed with the dedication of this company. You have more than double your price since 2022. I find that unacceptable. The new springs went up to doble the price. The price of the material itself didn't go up that much. The employees didn't double their salary but you chose to raise the price so much. from $350 that I paid for new springs to now almost $1000 for 2 springs. NO WAY

Lance came to our home in Coral Springs where a Spring had broke - upon further inspection all 4 Springs had to be replaced - the install was difficult as the old parts were very difficult to remove.
