With Precision installed my garage door about two years ago I was really impressed with the workmanship and of the men of the garage door itself, in true form when I had a problem caused by a tornado in our community Precision sent out a great guy called Eyron M. to repair the door. Young man they said was not only personable. He had a terrific knowledge of what he was doing. He repaired the door in a very quick way. Additionally, he made recommendations so we could make the door perfect again. I was pleased that his recommendations and I was pleased about his work, and I was really pleased about the door because, it was supposed to protect my garage and if it wasn’t for that door, I suspected damage on my house would’ve been much more more extensive. I know I’m waiting for the additional panels to make it like new again, but Precision doors and the people that work for them will get them to me quickly and then expertly install them. I called about an issue at 3 pm and Tyler the technician called 45 minutes later to let me know he was on the way. Tyler worked from 4:15 until 9 pm and fixed my problem. My 24 year old door is now totally refurbished and works better than it ever has. The workmanship, honesty and service is second to none and far exceeded my expectations .

Precision Door of South Florida is a quality company. This is the 3rd time they have serviced our rental property in Stuart. They arrive on time, complete the work and have very reasonable charges. I needed new springs for my garage door. After inspecting my 20 year-old door, Tyler Wakefield gave me three options regarding the door repair. He explained each option thoroughly. Having replaced ONLY the springs these last 20 years I decided that besides replacing the springs, again, it was time to replace other items in order to make the door work as effectively as possible (bearings, drums, cables, rollers- plastic to rubber). Tyler did a great job repairing, replacing, adjusting, lubricating, etc. My garage door is good as new and works well. Best of all, in the event I lose electricity, I am now able to manually open the door all by myself! I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida.
