We had use Precision a few years back, so when our door opener started beeping we immediately called Precision, they arrived within two hours of our call. When the technician Logan and Lewis arrived, very knowledgeable and respectfully, checked and said the opener did not have a battery, he then made a thorough inspection, and told us what we needed. We will recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service as they are a Great Company and reliable.

I called for service as my main garage door was totally dead/without power. Scheduler was able to get someone to me very quickly. Within an hour Logan (service technician) arrived. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue and began work. Within a couple hours the entire door opener and all needed hardware was replaced and better than new. Our original call was to replace an old operator with a new WiFi enabled one. We purchased our home less than a year ago and also wanted the door serviced because we were unsure when it was last serviced and the door was quite jerky and noisy. In 2019, we had Precision Garage Doors put in 2 doors for us for $5900. They did an excellent job. We just got a quote from them for 2 more of the exact same doors; guess how much? In 6 years the price tripled!! They just quoted $17,600. Won't be happening in this lifetime. The 1 star is for the price.

We are very sorry that everything has gone up since 2019, we wish it wasn't the case. The doors we quoted you were insulated vs the uninsulated ones you received in 2019, that are no longer manufactured.
