We saw Precision door service at the home show and took advantage of their show special to inspect our garage door We knew our opener was on its last legs Our hurricane proof door had been installed with only a 1/3 HP motor!. Merrick Gayle came out and gave us a good price for the new opener and replaced the rollers and bottom gasket and adjusted the door and tightened every nut on the door Our door is like new, low noise and it has all of the my Q features (camera, remote key pad and access via my Iphone) I highly recommend Merrick and Precision Door service

The lead service technician, Merrick Gayle, was very professional during his visit to our home to repair our garage door that was no longer opening. In no time, Merrick had the garage door replaced with new hardware and lubricated; leaving it functioning better than when the home was first purchased back in 2015. In my opinion, he went up and beyond the call of duty, fixing the tension of the cabling/chain, aligning both sensors, lubricated all necessary areas of the garage door and even added a wire management cover to keep the cabling tidy.
