Hi, my name is Jose E. I was born in Managua, Nicaragua but I have spent most of my life in South Florida. My family and I just moved to West Palm Beach and we are loving it so far. Working for Precision has been a learning experience, as garage doors is new to me. But everyone here is super friendly and are making it easy to fit in. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and being outdoors so providing quality service is easy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, biking, swimming, camping, and working on my car.

You know, when you have an issue with your car or your a/c or your water system? Have no fears when you call these people for your garage door issues. They were pros from the first call to the text to the evaluation, the recommendations, and so on. They handled everything so well. Jose, the Tech that they sent to me was terrific. He explained everything thoroughly, gave me great options, tips and most importantly, my door was fixed at a fair price. Can't recommend them higher!

Jose was the technician that came and fixed our garage door. He is very knowledgeable about garage door parts and solved our problem in a timely manner. He is extremely conscientious as demonstrated how well he replaced the old parts with new ones and made sure he thoroughly went over everything he had done and planned on making sure the garage door and opened properly. There was one thing we did not replace today but are definitely going to call precision back and I want Jose to do the job. He is a smart young man.

Second time that I have used Precision and both experiences were excellent. Resulted in a very quiet door opening and closing! My appointment was made next day, tech alerted me as to his arrival within the window provided, and tech was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He identified areas of concern that I had not been aware of. After installing he explained to me how everything worked and who I can call if anything doesn’t work as expected as well as things that I can troubleshoot myself. All around good experience!
