Jose was the technician that came and fixed our garage door. He is very knowledgeable about garage door parts and solved our problem in a timely manner. He is extremely conscientious as demonstrated how well he replaced the old parts with new ones and made sure he thoroughly went over everything he had done and planned on making sure the garage door and opened properly.
