When I made my appointment with precision, I was told that they would come out and check my garage door to see if there was anything wrong and I was told this would be free of charge. Once the repair man arrived, and he checked my door over he made, a minor suggestion that would cost me quite a bit of money so I told him no thank you. He didn’t informed me that I had to pay him for his time and gas for coming out. I told him I was under the impression when I made the appointment it was a free Visit and check and I would only pay if I had you do anything. He said no that I owed him the money so I went ahead and paid. The repair man was nice, but do not use this company. They tell you one thing and then do something else. I am not happy with them at all.

Diagnosis 1, you need a new motor,-$800 No way Alternative, we will go through checklist to see if we can fix it, $ 327.00, if not it will be the 89.95 service call. Ok Ultimately a sensor had to be replaced, a far cry from new motor. This is a "do I have a sucker here approach" Very poor business model! I will never call them Again .The technician was on time.

I found out that door opener needs to fix. It was disconnected from the system. Door was very loud as well. I called to Precision at midnight and they answered. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and they were available. Technician came at 8am as it was planned. Completed the job and I am more than happy with the service. Professional, experienced, and skilled technicians. Door opener was replaced, rollers changed, string adjusted , etc. I cannot hear door movement. Great job.
