Second time that I have used Precision and both experiences were excellent. Resulted in a very quiet door opening and closing! My appointment was made next day, tech alerted me as to his arrival within the window provided, and tech was personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He identified areas of concern that I had not been aware of. After installing he explained to me how everything worked and who I can call if anything doesn’t work as expected as well as things that I can troubleshoot myself. All around good experience!

Excellent prompt service. I highly recommend this company. My garage door latch disconnected Thursday evening. I called a lake park company and they couldn’t repair the door until Tuesday.
