We had a new hurricane impact garage door installed. They made the process very easy for us. Jerry Cunningham was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and professional explaining in detail and answering all my our questions. They took care of all the HOA and permits paperwork for us, including inspection and closing the permit. The installers were also very professional and promptly showed up on time. They explained how to maintenance the door ourselves to keep it working properly. Our experience was fantastic and will recommend this company to everyone. Our neighbors did their new door at the same time and had a great experience too.

OK So, here's how it went....Jose E introduced himself to me, explained to me how he is keeping me safe by wearing a mask and gloves. He came into the house and looked at what we have going on. He went to his truck to put together a quote. Now, we are at the quote....He explained all 3 options Good, Better and Best. The good was what I had in mind and that would have solved our problems...But he went into Better, then Best....Each levels increased in price by several hundred dollars. My god Man... But after listening to him explain each of the options and his response to my questions to each option...I choose the Best Option. Squarely based on his knowledge, tone and how he delivered the options. Finally, when he was finished, he cleaned up as if he was never there. Explained how everything worked, why it works and what not to do (get sensors wet). Very pleased and will post this on our HOA page if anyone needs Precision in the future. *** Good Job ***
