Hello, my name is Michael, I was born and raised in Hartford, Ct. I've spent the last 5 years in South Florida avoiding the cold and absolutely love it. Most of my free time is spent at a bowling alley, ever since I was 8 years old, I developed a real passion for the game. Since I was 16, I've been working in the construction industry which made for a smooth transition into the garage door industry. I called Precision Door because the door would not open. The garage door spring was broken. I called 10:00 AM on Saturday, Mike G from showed up Precision Door at 12:15. He was very courteous and professional. Went over everything need to do the repair, gave me an estimate for replacing both springs, we agreed on the price and he had the job completed by 1:30. Mike G. also went over what I should do to keep it maintained every other month. Mike G. was awesome and did a GREAT JOB.

Michael was terrific. Everything was broken on the garage door but the door itself. Brand new operating system installed springs, cables, rollers, overhead motor and much more tweaking with the door.
