My garage door would not go up this morning, either automatically or manually. The previous owner had put a sticker for Precision on the inside of the garage door, so I called and by mid-afternoon Tyler had arrived. The damage was serious, mostly due to age, including one spring completely snapped. I needed new springs for my garage door. After inspecting my 20 year-old door, Tyler Wakefield gave me three options regarding the door repair. He explained each option thoroughly. Having replaced ONLY the springs these last 20 years I decided that besides replacing the springs, again, it was time to replace other items in order to make the door work as effectively as possible (bearings, drums, cables, rollers- plastic to rubber). Tyler did a great job repairing, replacing, adjusting, lubricating, etc. My garage door is good as new and works well. Best of all, in the event I lose electricity, I am now able to manually open the door all by myself! I recommend Precision Garage Door Service of South Florida.
