EYRON was on time, knowledgeable, polite and he left the work area neat and clean. He provided 'tips' for monthly maintenance and assured us that he was only a phone call away whenever we needed service again. Your employees are thee link that makes your company strong and I'd say Eyron is a valuable asset. I have removed the prior company's sticker from the inside of the door and taped Eyron's business card there instead. *** You may want to consider providing your technicians with 3x5 stickers containing contact info so the customer can easily find your Name and Phone number when it is needed. We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor. The technician came out and found the garage door rail to be defective. Eyron M. The Tech replaced with a new rail belt and now the problem has been fixed. Thank you for your professionalism. P.M.
