I had an issue where the manual release cord got caught in the garage door while it was being opened causing it to close abruptly and hard. I saw the problem, but could not get the door to work. Precision came out within a few hours which was a pleasant surprise. Eyron fixed the issue and then showed me why the door closed so hard. He strengthened the existing springs and now the door works perfectly. Al this for what I thought was a reasonable price. I will only use Precision from now on for my garage door needs.

With Precision installed my garage door about two years ago I was really impressed with the workmanship and of the men of the garage door itself, in true form when I had a problem caused by a tornado in our community Precision sent out a great guy called Eyron M. to repair the door. Young man they said was not only personable. He had a terrific knowledge of what he was doing. He repaired the door in a very quick way. Additionally, he made recommendations so we could make the door perfect again. I was pleased that his recommendations and I was pleased about his work, and I was really pleased about the door because, it was supposed to protect my garage and if it wasn’t for that door, I suspected damage on my house would’ve been much more more extensive. I know I’m waiting for the additional panels to make it like new again, but Precision doors and the people that work for them will get them to me quickly and then expertly install them. EYRON was on time, knowledgeable, polite and he left the work area neat and clean. He provided 'tips' for monthly maintenance and assured us that he was only a phone call away whenever we needed service again. Your employees are thee link that makes your company strong and I'd say Eyron is a valuable asset. I have removed the prior company's sticker from the inside of the door and taped Eyron's business card there instead. *** You may want to consider providing your technicians with 3x5 stickers containing contact info so the customer can easily find your Name and Phone number when it is needed. We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor.
