We used Precision garage door 2 years ago to replace and install a new insulated garage door and new precision 801series opener. We started having an issue with the door opener motor. The technician came out and found the garage door rail to be defective. Eyron M. The Tech replaced with a new rail belt and now the problem has been fixed. Thank you for your professionalism. P.M.
