Saw the add on the Web noting the location was close. Read a bunch of the reviews and gave y’all a call. Pleasant phone call and Service person was right on time. Had the pleasure of getting Logan K as my Service Professional. He diagnosed my door problems and gave me three options of repair. He was pleasant and professional. Received an Email about Precision Door Services that offered a free service call so I made an appointment. My garage door was originally installed back in 2016 so thought is was a great idea to make sure everything was working correctly. I was lucky to have had a great technician by the name of Logan Kruse - he was professional and had great knowledge about garage doors in general. His explanation of certain functions was easy to comprehend. He made some recommendations that were reasonable and a few minor adjustments were made during my service call. I plan on completing other recommendations in the near future and will request that Logan Kruse is my service technician. He was awesome !!!!!!

Going with Precision was a really easy process. Everyone from sales to permit assistance and installation guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having the ability to work through paperwork digitally on the iPad with them works great. Only suggestion is to make your invoicing capable of taking a card for the tip for the installation guys when they are done since few people have cash these days.

Logan and Jose called us when they were on their way. They arrived on time and after introducing themselves, they got to work on removing the old door. Logan told me to come out anytime to see how they were progressing. I checked a few times and was pleasantly surprised to see how well they worked together, every move was well coordinated. When they were finished mounting the hardware, installing the door and operator they called me into the garage to go over all the operation criteria,safety aspects of the door and maintenance requirements. The guys were simply terrific.
