Hi, my name is Jose E. I was born in Managua, Nicaragua but I have spent most of my life in South Florida. My family and I just moved to West Palm Beach and we are loving it so far. Working for Precision has been a learning experience, as garage doors is new to me. But everyone here is super friendly and are making it easy to fit in. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and being outdoors so providing quality service is easy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, biking, swimming, camping, and working on my car.

My garage door opener did not work as it should so I called Precision Door that I used before and was happy with the work done previously. The Service Technision gave me different opinions and I decided to have a new garage door opener installed. He is aldo replaced the hinge and lubricated the door. Jose and Chris serviced my Opener. Replaced spring and bearings. They were very professional, courteous ,answered all my questions and quickly did the service. Jose the tech was an outstanding ambassador for the company as was the tel. rep who scheduled my initial appointment, basically within a couple of hours of my call on a Saturday late morning! Technician confirmed and arrived on time and gave an excellent presentation and did an excellent job. But you will pay a premium. I discovered they are a franchise and if I was younger I'd definitely look at buying in.
