Tyler Wakefield completed an inspection, service maintenance and thoroughly explained the estimates I asked him to provide, with no pushy sales pitch to replace my 20 year old garage door or the opener. My garage door would not go up this morning, either automatically or manually. The previous owner had put a sticker for Precision on the inside of the garage door, so I called and by mid-afternoon Tyler had arrived. The damage was serious, mostly due to age, including one spring completely snapped. Tyler explained everything thoroughly, replaced both springs and other parts, and made sure I knew how to work it even when power was out. I needed new springs for my garage door. After inspecting my 20 year-old door, Tyler Wakefield gave me three options regarding the door repair. He explained each option thoroughly. Having replaced ONLY the springs these last 20 years I decided that besides replacing the springs, again, it was time to replace other items in order to make the door work as effectively as possible (bearings, drums, cables, rollers- plastic to rubber). Tyler did a great job repairing, replacing, adjusting, lubricating, etc. My garage door is good as new and works well.
