From the initial phone call through having a technician dispatched to my home, they were super professional. My technician Tyler was Exceptional! He sets the standard to which all garage door professionals should follow! Tyler took the time to become familiar with my garage door opening system, and how I used it, to systematically diagnose what was preventing the door from opening. Based on his findings he presented solutions that would allow me to make an informed decision. Tyler then performed the complete rebuild of my garage door opening system. At the end of his install he walked me through the entire system, and explained everything he had done. We were extremely satisfied with Tyler Wakefield's professionalism. We had a problem with our garage door closing and was so relieved when I saw a sticker from Precision (from about a year ago when they serviced our garage door) on the inside of the door. I immediately called them and was able to get an appointment the next day which was a weekend day (they even had a same day appointment if that suited our schedule). There were a number of problems with our garage door but Tyler gave us different options and prices to choose from. We chose the one that was most efficient for our needs. He was very courteous and professional and we will certainly ask for him the next time we need our garage door serviced.
