Extremely pleased, Dave came out on time, very polite, knowledgeable about the door and was very precise fixing it. I have been a Maintenance Manage for over 40 years and supervised numerious engineers and I can always tell someone that takes pride in his work, I was impressed with Dave. I don't recommend companies but I will definitely recommend Precision.

My garage door spring broke Sat night and Sunday morning I saw your ad in a magazine and was happy to see that you don't charge extra for weekends and holidays. That made me call you in the first place. I was given an appt Sunday between 9am and 11am. Your technician Ken called on his way, and he arrived right on time. He was professional,friendly and honest. Ken is definitely an ASSET to your company! I will recommend Precision to ALL my friends and family! Thank you and Ken for helping me in my time of need! I scheduled a repair appointment for Sat AM and I was called on time and Mike came out and was very professional and knowledgeable! He repaired the garage door (replaced the springs) in a very short timeframe and explained all of the details to me. I would highly recommend this company for all garage door needs!

Awesome service. Installers came on time and finished the job on time. They cleaned the area after they were done.....they even made sure there were not nails or screws left behind that could damage my car's tires. Very thorough and detailed.
