Two years ago I found Precision Garage based on google reviews for my elderly mom. We appreciated the the service then as her door had aged and needed parts replaced. Two years later, it seems there was a defect in the motor and it just stopped working. I called your company and within 2 hours we had service. Tyrone was our rep and he worked quickly and honestly. The motor was replaced at no cost as there is a lifetime warranty. We also appreciate how personable Tyrone is. The 5 star rating is for Karter. He was outstanding, very personable and friendly. He explained what probably caused the motor to die. He inspected our whole system and gave us 3 different recommendations to choose from. He did his best to give us the best price possible. That is important to us as we are seniors, retired living on a fixed income. Besides a new opener he replaced the springs, gave it a tuneup, helped us to link our phones to the opener and showed us how the app works. Karter is a credit to your company. My only complaint is PRICE. I understand that eveything id expensive these days but I believe something can be done price wise to assist us seniors. Overall the 5 STAR rating is well deserved.

I called Precision based on a neighbor’s recommendation. I did not have an emergency situation but Tim came out the same day of my call. He performed a thorough review of the garage door mechanisms.
