I have a rental property, the tenant called me frantically that she couldn't get her car out to go to work. I have to say something... people are often inclined to recommend a service related business or a particular technician that showed up in time and got them out of whatever fix they were in, but usually they don't because they walk back inside and something gets in the way. Today, I called Precision Door Service and not only did they promptly answer the phone, they scheduled an early afternoon appointment, they called in advance, they showed up precisely on time...the technician a Michael Geary was cordial, well versed, technically proficient, dutiful in pointing on the opportunity to upgrade the door parts to insure it was serviced properly.he went about the job of replacing the torsion soring(s) and inside of 40 minutes, my door was operational again! The precision garage door opener works great. I purchased it about 6 years ago and it's a workhorse for a heavy hurricane door. I've only needed service once because I lost the openers. My garage overhead door spring just broke yesterday. I called after-hours and the customer service representative quickly set up an appointment for a repair technician this afternoon. The service technician, Mike arrive on time and quickly went about his business. He quoted the repairs quickly and had excellent product knowledge. He completed the repairs in less than one hour.

Another great experience with Precision Door Service. Had an issue with my door opener and called at 4:45pm on Thursday and a technician (mike) was at my house by noon on Friday. Since the openers motor was shot, Mike suggested a few different options which he had on the truck and ready to install, no waiting for another appointment or for him to go get the opener.
