As promised, Alex called ahead and let us know exactly when they would arrive. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Although the quote seemed high, he did the work precisely, after a thorough explanation of the mechanics, and his work is warranted. He was very polite, clean and pleasant.

Eric our technician was both friendly and professional. He pointed out that the spring coils on the garage door has counterweights and they need to be calibrated. He replaced the sheared bracket with a betted designed one. He went beyond what was expected. I was very satisfied with his service. Next time I have to call I will request Eric. Our garage door opener wouldn’t work. We called to schedule an appointment, we were fortunate enough to have a technician (Alex)come out the same day. I told Alex we had encountered three power failures within three days. Alex troubleshot the problem and said the unit needed replace. He had an identical opener in his truck, 30 minutes later we were up and running. Extremely nice technician!
