I called after finding them on a google search. They immediately made a same-day appointment. The service man, named Martin, was friendly and competent. He fixed the problem within 1 1/2 hours and we had our garage door working again. I'm very satisfied with this service.

Alex, my technician, was timely on same day arrival. He did a thorough assessment of the problem with my door, and clearly explained and demonstrated the problem with the spring, and imbalance of the door with the motor. Although the quote seemed high, he did the work precisely, after a thorough explanation of the mechanics, and his work is warranted. He was very polite, clean and pleasant.

I have been in my house since 2004. First time I’ve had to do major work on the garage since replacing the springs. Steven was very nice and professional. All the noise I was hearing is now gone. Just waiting to hear from the technician because we couldn’t get the cars to sync so we wouldn’t have to use the garage door openers.

Should of been 5 stars. The installers didn't leave the paperwork for the inspector. I also thought I was getting key pads. I also wasn't aware I could upgrade so I could operate with my phone. Sales should step up their game.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Was a breeze scheduling appointment on website that was located just by googling garbage door spring repair. Provided 2 hrs time window and called to let me know when they were on their way. And this was needed on a Sunday!!! Thank you!

I gave this score because although the crew was great, friendly and courteous, I did mention that the garage floor and driveway had just been finished. When the work was completed, I noticed deep scratches in the new floor. The following day, I noticed several more. The floor should have been protected since I brought it to their attention prior to them beginning the work.
