Technician Mr. Merrick Gayle arrived as scheduled and provided an assessment for the repair of reconnecting the cable and tightening the springs. He performed a 25 point check and evaluated each area to ensure they were well lubricated. Service Technician Merrill Gayle did an inspection of my garage door on Friday June 24th. The door would not go up only a couple of feet and stop. The large coil was broken and all the coils were frayed and supporting hinges and parts were worn.. The door did not have maintenance in over 10 plus years. 3-1/2 hours later in a hot garage it was done. 5 stars for Professionalism, Knowledge, and Communications on explaining and showing me what was worn and needed to be replaced
